By downloading or using Running Tracker Partner ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Health & safety
The app is a training aid, not a medical device, and does not give medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting or changing an exercise program. Always stay aware of traffic and your surroundings — don't look at your phone where it is unsafe to do so. You run at your own risk.
Accuracy
Pace, distance, elevation, calories, personal records and PR-pace predictions are estimated from GPS and device sensors. They can vary with signal quality, hardware and environment and are not guaranteed to be exact.
Pro & billing
Running Tracker Partner Pro is available through Google Play as:
- Monthly — $0.99 per month, auto-renewing.
- Yearly — $2.99 per year, auto-renewing.
- Lifetime — $4.99, one-time purchase.
Prices shown in Google Play in your local currency apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, and you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. A Google sign-in is required to buy Pro so that it can be restored on your other devices.
Pro removes ads and unlocks the full best-effort table on every run. Features that are free — tracking, records, voice coach, backup and export — remain free.
First-launch trial
New installs receive a one-time, 10-minute trial of Pro features. It requires no payment or sign-in, does not renew and does not convert into a subscription. Nothing recorded during the trial is removed when it ends.
Ads
The free version shows a banner ad and offers optional rewarded ads, served by Google AdMob. Ads are never shown on the live run screen.
Account & backup
Signing in with Google is optional. Backup is provided as-is; keep an exported copy of your runs if they matter to you. See the Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, tamper with or misuse the app, its backup service or its purchases, or use it in breach of any law.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and content belong to the developer. Your runs and notes belong to you.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for injury, data loss or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
