Request Account and Data Deletion

Overview

You can request deletion of your Running Tracker Partner (PacePilot) account and associated cloud data using the form below or by emailing edwardsundarsingh12@gmail.com.

You only have a cloud account if you signed in with Google in the app (Settings → Account & backup). If you never signed in, all your data is on your phone only — see Data on your phone.

What data is deleted

A deletion request covers, as applicable:

• Your Firebase Authentication account information for Running Tracker Partner (Google account ID, email address and display name).
• Cloud-backed running history and run summaries, including splits, best efforts, records and notes.
• GPS route data stored in the cloud.
• Other personal data linked to your account, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Data on your phone

Runs stored locally on a device stay on that device until you delete them or uninstall the app. You can delete individual runs from a run's summary screen at any time. Uninstalling the app does not delete your cloud data — use this page to request that.

What may be kept

• Records of Google Play purchases (product, purchase time and a hashed purchase token) may be retained where required for billing, tax, fraud-prevention or legal purposes. Payment details are never held by us — they're managed by Google Play.
• The email conversation about your request is kept as a record that the request was handled.
• Data held by Google itself (your Google account, Google Play purchase history, AdMob advertising data) is controlled by Google and managed in your Google account settings.

What happens next

• We receive your request by email.
• We reply to the account email to confirm the request came from you. We'll never ask for your password.
• After confirmation we delete the account data listed above and email you once it's done.
